Step 1 – Preliminary self-assessment of skills
Students reflect on their learning habits, identifying strengths and areas for improvement in goal setting, time management, and problem-solving.

Students set personal academic or skill-development goals using structured frameworks (e.g., SMART goals) and discuss strategies for achieving them, with their teacher's guidance.
