Employability Fundamentals: Incorporating Professional Development into Academic Curricula

Professional Development could be considered a part of the "hidden curriculum," essential skills learned in school but not formally taught. While many higher education institutions have career centers that offer a range of voluntary services to help students seek gainful employment following their studies, these tend not to be a part of any formal curriculum.

In this session, Natalie Berkman talks about how Quest Education Group implemented student employment outcomes in the academic programs of Gaming Campus and Guardia Cybersecurity School with innovative eLearning modules, a flipped classroom approach, and personalized coaching sessions and group workshops.
