Aanchal Singh is a seasoned program manager and educational innovator with extensive experience in driving cross-functional projects across sectors. As the Director of Program Innovation at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, she leads efforts to enhance the Online MBA program through cutting-edge pedagogical strategies, technological development, and facilitating data-driven insights. Previously, Aanchal served as a Program Manager at Amazon, where she spearheaded large-scale AI initiatives and collaborated with over 30 teams to establish training programs for Alexa engineering and research teams. Aanchal has also held impactful roles at companies like Hewlett-Packard and IBM, where she drove complex IT operations, led crisis response projects, and implemented Lean Six Sigma processes to improve system performance. With a focus on continuous improvement and student-first strategies, Aanchal is passionate about creating innovative, scalable educational experiences that prioritize student learning.

Cole Groom is a Partnerships Lead at FeedbackFruits with over a decade of experience using educational technology and 5+ years working in the industry. His personal experience with completing multiple degrees in different learning modalities led him to pursue his dissertation research into the adoption of collaborative edtech tools at higher education institutions, during which he investigated effective strategies for improving technology usage among faculty and students. Building on his findings, Cole has worked in several edtech organizations, focusing on supporting institutions with selecting and implementing pedagogical technology that would enable them to enhance student retention, save faculty time, and deepen the learning experience.
